Meatballs in a gravy sauce, served over egg noodles.

Ingredients
1/2 C Bread crumbs
1 egg
3 tbsp worshire sauce
1/3 cup sour cream
5 beef boullion cubes
1/3 C flour
Instructions
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and worshire sauce in a bowl and mix. Once mixed, create small sized meatballs. Place into pan and cook until brown. Remove meatballs when cooked, but keep grease in pan. Add enough flour to soak up the grease while stirring the mixture (this will likely not be exactly 1/3 cup, use your judgement). Once completely stirring together, add water and boullion cubes. Stir for 10 mins, add sour cream and continue stirring. Once this is well mixed, add the meatballs back in. Simmer for 10 mins, then serve over egg noodles.
