Sweet and sour broccoli

Ingredients
5 Tblsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 Tblsp salt
1 teasp pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sliced olives
1 Tblsp capers
broccoli florets
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in large pan and saute onion until transparent. Add 3 T oil to pan, then saute broccoli until bright green. Add vinegar, olive and capers and saute/stir fry util hot throughout.
