Abs diet
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup berries (any type or a mix)
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Combine mixed greens, berries, onion, blue cheese, nuts, and flaxseed in large bowl.
2. For dressing, combine balsamic vinegar and olive oil in small bowl, mixing with fork.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad mixture and toss.
