Quick Tacos using lettuce instead of tortilla for wraps

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1.25oz Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup water
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 chopped onion
6oz Non Fat Plain Yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh cilantro
1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves individually separated, rinsed, & dried
16oz Jar Peach Salsa
Instructions
Brown Ground turkey and Drain
Add Taco seasoning mix, water, onion, jalapeno, salsa and simmer for 10 minutes
Serve on lettuce, adding cheese, yogurt, and cilantro
