Ingredients
1 can corn
2 cans crushed tomatoes, blended
1 can tamales
3 cups dry pinto beans
OR
6 cups cooked/canned pinto beans
Instructions
cook beans with about 9 cups water (or use canned beans). When cooked, add crushed tomatoes taht have been blended in a blender. Add corn and sliced tomales. Simmer about 45 minutes.
