Tasty Parmesan Ranch Chicken - TastyPlanner.com

Such an easy, tasty recipe. My friend Patti made it for us one night and I forget everything else she served – but this chicken we were all fighting (not so nicely) for the last piece.
Ingredients
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or tenderloins
1 package dry ranch dressing
1 C parmesan cheese
1/2 C crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
1/2 C butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400*
In medium-sized bowl, mix together ranch dressing, parmesan cheese and corn flakes/bread crumbs.
Dip chicken in melted butter, then in the mixture from above.
Place in greased pan, bake for 40-50 minutes (or until chicken is done.)

made this tonight with breadcrumbs. cut the breasts into filet size to maximize surface area and cooked in a casserole dish. turned out great! thanks for the recipe.

Made this tonight with corn and a side of pilaf. It was an absolute hit, even for my picky mother. We made more chicken than the recipe called for and hardly had any left over. Thanks for this recipe, it was wonderful.

I made this for dinner last night, and it was a huge hit. I used real parmesan cheese that I grated very fine, rather than the pre-grated from Kraft. Also, something I would change for next time is that I would cover the chicken with aluminum foil for the first 3 quarters of the cooking time as it got brown really fast on the top. I’m wondering if this would also help keep the chicken more moist.
