Ingredients
4 Cooked chicken breasts
1 Can of Mandarin Oranges
1 Cup Sugared Peanuts
1 Bag Mixed Greens
Dressing:
1/3 Cup oil
2/3 Cup teriyaki sauce
2/3 Cup Cidar Vinegar
1/3 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Instructions
Toss Mixed Greens, Oranges and Peanuts together and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and blend.
Combine salad and dressing and toss.
