Cook time: 15 Min.

Ingredients
3 3/4 C flour
1 1/3 C softened butter
3/4 c sugar
1/4 c OJ
1 egg yolk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients well, shape into balls. With thumb, press center to make an indentation. Bake at 375 for 10 min and remove from oven. Fill center with jam or jelly and place back in oven for another 5
