Tilapia with Lemon-Butter Pan Sauce - TastyPlanner.com

A quick n’ easy recipe for pan-fried tilapia with lemon butter sauce.
Ingredients
4 Tilapia filets
1/2 cup flour
3 tblsp peanut or canola oil
4 tblsp butter, unsalted
1 Lemon
1/8 cup parsley
Instructions
1.Prepare the filets as needed. Spread out the flour on a plate or flat surface.
2.Rub each filet in the flour until it is lightly coated all around, brush off any excess. Season each to taste with salt and pepper.
3.Place the lemon juice, butter, and parsley in a bowl and set aside.
4.Place the oil in a shallow pan and heat on medium-high until just shimmering.
5.Cook the filets in the pan, 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
6.Set the finished filets aside on a platter and tent with foil.
7.Add the lemon juice, parsley, and butter to the pan and stir for 1 minute, making sure to scrape up any browned bits left over.
8.Drizzle the sauce over the fish, serve and enjoy!
