Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Chicken - TastyPlanner.com

This is a simple way to make Thai style red curry chicken using Trader Joe’s Thai Red Curry Sauce.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 Bottle Trader Joe's Thai Red Curry Sauce
2 Bell Peppers or 1/2 bag Trader Joe's Frozen Bell Peppers, chopped
4 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Using kitchen shears, cut chicken into small pieces.
Heat sesame oil in pan and add chicken when hot. Stir regularly and cook on med heat. When chicken is about 1/2 cooked (7 to 8 minutes) add bell peppers (chopped) and stir until chicken is cooked all the way through. Add Trader Joe’s Red Curry Sauce liberally and keep on heat until sauce is heated through. Serve over cooked white rice.
