Trashy Tofu Stir Fry - TastyPlanner.com

Called “trasy” because I originally developed the recipe using those little sauce packets that were left over from take out.
Ingredients
1 lb extra firm tofu, drained, pressed and cut in cubes
1 package frozen stir fry vegetables
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbs ginger, minced
1-2 TBS soy sauce (to taste)
2 TBS duck sauce
3 TBS sweet chili sauce
1 TBS sesame seeds, toasted (garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 357 degrees and bake tofu on a pan greased with vegetable oil for 20-25 minutes or until it starts to brown.
Remove tofu from oven and saute over medium heat in pan with vegetable oil until crisp. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Lower heat to medium low and cook garlic and ginger until a light golden color is achieved. Add vegetables and cook until done. Add tofu back to pan along with the rest of ingredients (except sesame seeds). Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
