twist on a white cake mix
Ingredients
1 white cake mix
1 14oz can evaporated milk
1 14oz can sweetened condenses milk
1 C heavy cream
Frosting:
1 C Whole Milk
3 T flour
1 c sugar
1/2 C Crisco
1/2 c butter
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-cook flour and milk in sm. saucepan over med. heat until thickens and begins to boil
-remove from heat to cool
-in a sm. bowl,cream sugar, crisco,and butter. Add milk mixture and beat until sugar crystals disappears (5 min) add vanilla, beating until well mixed
-garnish w/ mand. orange slices/pinapple tidbits
Instructions
Mix cake and bake according to directions of 9×13
-mix 3 milks while baking box cake
-after cake cools, poke w/ toothpick/knife
-pour milk mixture over top of cake
-refridge for 4 hrs. or overnight
