4 cups cubed fresh pineapple
1 starfruit, sliced (or half cup green grapes)
2 small blood oranges, sectioned (or tangerines)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp lime zest
1 tbsp agave nectar or honey
Combine pineapple, starfruit and oranges in a medium bowl. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle dressing over fruit and refrigerate for an hour.
