Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 Tuna steaks
1 can white beans
4 slices bacon
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 Tin tomatoes
1 packet Rocket/ Arugula
Instructions
Saute bacon and onions, add garlic.Add beans, tomatoes, rocket & heat thoroughly. Season.
Grill Tuna.
To serve place bean mixture on plate with tuna on top. drizzle with balsamic vinegar
