Tuna Mac and Cheese Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

Not your traditional Tuna Mac casserole. I have been told to change the name of this so it is more appetizing. It is a family favorite I have doctored and changed based on a friend’s recipe

Ingredients
2 box mac and cheese
Butter and/or Milk (per directions of Mac & Cheese)
1 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup (favorite is Amy's)
1 6 oz can tuna
1 7 oz can Mushrooms or 8 oz fresh sliced mushrooms
1 can or jar Artichoke hearts (optional)
2 Cups Grated Cheese of your choice (Use more if desired)
Instructions
1) Make Mac and Cheese according to directions on the box.
2) Add soup, tuna,mushrooms, and artichoke hearts
3) Add 1/2 to 3/4 of cheese to mixture
4) Mix well
5) Place in casserole dish. Top with remainder of Cheese.
6) Bake at 350ยบ for 30 minutes or until top cheese is well melted.
