Delicious tuna wrapped in lettuce with campari tomatoes and lime.
Recipe Source: My own creation
Ingredients
7 ounces of good grade canned tuna
3 tablespoons of light mayonnaise ; mix
1/2 Lime ; squeeze
4 large lettuce leafs
black pepper ; grind
1 Large Tomato ; cubed
Instructions
Mix the mayo, tuna, a few squeezes of the lime and black paper in a large bowl.
Wash the lettuce, lay it out on a large plate. Pour some of the tuna mixture inside each leaf and add a couple cubes of tomatoes.
You may add a couple drizzles of tabasco sauce if you’re a fan.
Wrap each lettuce tucking one side in to form a cone. Eat!

This recipes takes about 5 minutes to prepare and is super healthy. It also fills you up so you don’t get hungry for a couple of hours after you eat.
This recipe is very good. The addition of the lime juice to the tuna salad is really yummy. I also add a sprinkle of dill weed. I’m normally too lazy to make a wrap out of this. But I serve it as a salad on a bed of lettuce. It’s a favorite that we eat very often, especially during the summer. The best part is that it is super fast to prepare. It is pretty darn healthy, but I’ve found a way to increase the health factor a little more – I use plain non-fat yogurt in place of half of the mayonnaise. I actually like it better that way – it has a lighter, fresher flavor.
The recipe is good and very easy. I am not very fond of mayonnaise and tuna, but still i liked it. I don’t like Tabasco but the few drops gives it a special taste.
My husband is very fond of tuna and he really liked it.
