  <instruction>&lt;p&gt;Preheat oven to 380 degrees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In a small, microwave safe bowl, combine bell pepper, onion, and garlic.  Add 1/4 cup of olive oil and microwave ingredients for 1 minute.  Set aside to cool.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In a separate bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper.  Mix with hands or paddle spoon.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Drain olive oil from the vegetables and add them to the meat mixture.  Combine.  Transfer mixture into a small loaf pan.  Pour tomato sauce over mixture and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Bake at 380 degrees for 35 minutes, or until the turkey mixture reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.  If desired, drain off any excess liquid after baking.  Enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;</instruction>
