Perfect for Summer, its light and healthy!
Ingredients
4 tortilla (10g net carbs
deli turkey, sliced thin
sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 small tomato, diced
1/4 cucumber, sliced thin
1/3 fresh mushroom, crumbled
Instructions
place turkey on center of tortilla
add diced tomato, cheddar cheese, and vegies
fold opposite sides towards center
fold bottom side half up, then roll up
cook for 5 minutes
cut in half and serve (let cool slightly, it will be hot!)
