twice-baked potato
Ingredients
4 good sized potatoes
16 oz sour cream
1 stick melted butter
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup bacon bits
1 cup cheddar cheese (divided)
Instructions
oil up the potatoes. put in 400 degree oven for 90 minutes.
cut potatoes in half lengthwise. scoop out most of potatoes. mix with sour cream, green onions, melted butter, half of cheese.
scoop back into potato skins and top with remaining cheese.
put back in oven for 15 minutes or so.
