Veg Sandwich Recipe
Bread slices - 4 nos
Salad cucumber slices - 8 nos
Tomato slices - 8 nos
(Both must be Sliced in round pieces)
Green chillies - 2 nos
Butter - As reqd
1)Grind together coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chillies and salt well in a mixer grinder to a fine paste.
2)Remove the brown edges of the bread slices.
3)Take two pieces and spread butter onto it.
4)Spread the above coriander-coconut chutney onto both the pieces.
5)Take 4 sliced cucumber pieces and place it evenly on one bread.
6)Similarly take 4 sliced tomato pieces and place it above the cucumber.
7)Place the other bread above all these and press a little with hand.
8)Refrigerate it for half an hour before serving.
