Tasty vegetable casserole.

Ingredients
1 baking potato, chunked
1 yam, chunked
3 carrots, chunked
1 red onion, sliced
1 zucchini, chunked
1 can of tomato sauce
parmesan and italian cheese with bread crumbs
salt and pepper
drizzle with olive oil
Instructions
Place in 9×13 casserole dish and bake at 400° F for 40 min.
