Spicy pork with an onion and garlic hot sauce

Ingredients
1 pound boneless pork chops
2 cans tomato sauce
6 cloves of garlic,minced
2 yellow or white onions,diced
1/4 cup hot sauce
1 green bell pepper,diced
1 red bell pepper,diced
1 celery stalk,diced
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup beef broth
2 table spoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Slice pork into 1 inch cubes and heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Mix cumin, chili powder and cayenne together and coat pork with it. Add oil to skillet and put in pork. Cook about 5 minutes then turn down heat to medium. Add tomato sauce and vegetables. Cook covered for 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Remove cover, add Hot sauce and beef broth. Cook over medium heat, letting mixture reduce. When mixture is reduced, about 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over white or dirty rice
