Ingredients
20 oz. can chunk pineapple, cut chunks in two
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 sm. pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
2 c. coconut (1/2 bag)
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
Walnuts or Pecans (optional)
24 ounces Cool whip
Instructions
Make the pistachio instant pudding ahead of time.
In a large salad bowl mix in the pineapple, coconut, marshmallows and nuts with the pistachio pudding. Once mixed, fold in the Cool Whip.
