Painless seafood bisque
Ingredients
2 cans She-Crab soup
1 can Lobster Bisque
2 cups milk
2 cups dry white wine
1/2 stick of butter
1/2 cup chopped white onion
3 Cloves Garlic
1 can mushrooms
1 cup frozen corn
1 can copped clams
1 can crab meat
3 frozen white fish filets - cubed
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp Rosemary
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley - optional
To add later:
2 cups frozen shrimp
8 oz heavy whipping cream
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except shrimp and cream into crock pot. Cover and cook for 7 hours on low.
30 minutes before serving, stir in cup of cream and frozen shrimp. Turn your crockpot to high.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese on top.
