Pretty basic recipe from a German Au Pair we had
Ingredients
4 large veal or pork cutlets
4 Tablespoons flour
1 egg
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Wash and pat dry veal or pork cutlets and season with salt and pepper. Turn first in flour, then in blended egg, then in bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown, then fry on low heat for another 10 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
