Ingredients
14 pieces of oblate
2 eggs, whisk
Instructions
soak millet in warm water for 24 hours
mix millet and ham, steam for one and a half hours
put salt into egg liquid
put oblate on table, take steamed millet and ham on the oblate, wrap, dip in egg liquid, then in bread crumb.
heat oil, fry the wraps to golden yellow, take out, serve.
