Saw the recipe on Bill’s Food, but, had to base it on memory…
Ingredients
1/2 cup sliced red onions
4 cups cooked white rice from yesterday
1 cup stir fry chopped brocoli rabb
1 cup mushrooms
1 egg
Fish oil to taste
Instructions
1. Put the sliced red onions, mushrooms, and brocoli rabb in the pan with a little EVOO and steam/sautee for 5 minutes.
2. Place the cold rice in the pan and mix with the vegetables until it’s all warm.
3. Make an empty space in the middle of the pan and scramble the egg 1/2 way. Mix with the rice and vegetables.
4. Season with the fish oil and any other desired sauces such as soy sauce, clam sauce, or teryaki.
