Quick and easy recipe, mediocre results.
5 lbs chicken
1 package fettucine pasta, uncooked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon italian spice
1 package frozen vegetable mix
1/2 cup Caesar or Italian dressing
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium. Add chicken to skillet. Wash hands. Sprinkle with basil and italian spice and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until done (internal temp 170 degrees F).
Add frozen vegetables to pasta for last 5 minutes of cook time; return to boil and cook until vegetables are fork tender. Drain pasta and vegetables. Add to skillet with chicken. Add dressing. Mix well; cook until heated through. Add cheese; toss to coat pasta.
